Chicken Stew and Bisquits

I was watching one of my favorite cooking shows and this recipe caught my eye as not only super easy but mmmmm mmmmmm good! Cook 6 chicken breasts and dice and put aside. In a big pot melt 1 1/2 sticks butter, half an onion diced finely, 3/4 cups flour, 2 cans of chicken broth, 2 cups chopped carrots, one cup frozen peas, 2 tblspoons salt, 1/2 tablespoon pepper. Then add your diced chicken breasts. Now put it all in a baking pan and put in the oven at 375 for half an hour. Open and put bisquits ontop of it and put it back in till bisquits are done. Wow is this good stuff! ENJOY!

An Old Treat for the New Year

Happy New Year Everyone!
BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR- I think most of us are feeling equally frosty lately. So with that in mind, here's my recipe for HOT Chocolate.
In a pan ontop of your stove pour in a couple cups of milk,, to that add some old fashioned hersheys powdered chocolate and plenty of sugar, mix constantly while it heats up . Enjoy the Smell as you Stir. Smile from ear to ear as you remember your grandma or someone else you love making it for you when you were young. ENJOY !
