Just wondering, What's everyone having for Christmas Dinner?

Love to hear what everyone's having for Christmas. I'm having at least 45 people here for dinner, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, all married, 15 nieces and nephews, some of them married, 4 greats, grandma, grandpa, it's going to be great! We'll be having Ham and Mostacoilli , Slaw, Rolls, Green bean casserole, and other trimmings. Merry Christmas everyone!

Sandy's Turkey Salad

Trish's Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons
1 pkg(14 oz)Baker's Angel Flakecoconut(5 1/3 cups)2/3 cup sugar6 Tbsp. flour1/4 tsp. salt4 egg whites1 tsp almond extract1 pkg(8 squares) baker's semi-sweetbaking chocolate, meltedpreheat: ovent to 325, mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl. Add egg whites and almond extract;mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onton greased and floured baking sheets.Bake: 20 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Immediatelyremove from baking sheets to wire racks. Cool completely.Dip: cookies halfway into melted chocolate. Let stand at room temperature or refrigerate on wax paper-lined tray 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm.Makes about 3 dozen or 18 servings.Prep: 15 mins Bake: 20 minuetes

1 cup of crunchy peanut butter4 ounces butter2.25 cups of icing sugar1.5 cups of rice bubblesChocolate Mix:8 ounces cooking chocolate1 ounce (vegetable shortening)Melt the peanut butter and butter in a pan and pour over the dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll ingredients into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate, mix ingredients gently over double boiler. Roll balls into chocolate mixture and put on wire drainer. Refrigerate.

Joy's Chocolate Chip Rum Squares

Joy's Chocolate Chip Rum Squares - This is one of my annual Christmas cookies hope you enjoy!Grease a roasting pan with butter or margarine.Items Needed:1 package of chocolate chips10 oz. of flour3/4 cup butter1/2 walnuts10 oz. of sugar4 tbsp. of Rum8 egg yokesBeat egg yokes with butter and sugar until creamy. Add flour, chips and nuts.In another bowl beat eggs whites until stiff then fold into flour mixture.Bake @ 350 degrees 20-30 minutesCut as you would brownies, the smaller the better, you will get alot more if you do! You can use Rum extract in place of Rum, but the Rum is so much better !!!!

Strawberry - Kiwi Smoothie

MMM Middle of winter blues anyone? Here's a Summery Drink that's good for you, tastes great, and might even make you think of hot sun and warm breezes. 1 cup of sliced strawberries, 1 cup of sliced kiwi, 1 cup of milk, 1/4 cup sugar, and fill blender to top with ice. Pour and Enjoy! :)

A Great Recipe

I just want to mention real quick that I tried Joy's stuffing recipe and it was really different but good. I did add a little more spice and a lot more pepper but it was easy and fun to try. WTG Joy!
