ACK!!! I HATE WHEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS!
Oh what a day! Well to be honest , it's a good day . But anyhow, I was making chicken-rice soup today. How can you mess up homemade soup?! - I managed to . Easy. After chopping veggies, cooking the chicken, stock and everything in the pot, I went to add my rice. I'd forgotten to soak it first and , well, it ruined the soup. Better luck next time I hope. Hanging my head in shame. lol

Nana's Amazing Crockpot Cake
Cake in a crockpot? yes, Nana has lost it!!! This is so simple and so good!!! takes moments to mix, and i usually cook no more than 6 hours...depends on your crockpot. scoop out the warm cake and serve with vanilla bean ice cream.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. two layer chocolate cake mix with pudding in mix
3 or 4 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
PREPARATION:
Spray a 4 quart crockpot with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mix. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the water, then add the sour cream and oil and beat until smooth.
Add to the dry ingredients and beat well. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour into crockpot. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for approx 6hours on low, until top springs back when touched very lightly with finger. 8-10 servings
