SNICKERDOODLES
1 CUp soft shortning
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
cream together
sift
2 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cr tartar
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
mix all together well
chill dough, roll in balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar .....400 degrees 8 to 10 minutes
