KAHLUA FUDGE
1 1/3 C. sugar2/3 C. evaporated milk1/2 stick butterPlace above ingredients in a heavy pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.Add: 7 oz. marshmallow cream and stir until melted and well blended.Add: 1/4 C. Kahlua and 1 tsp. vanilla.Pour above mixture over 2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 C. milk chocolate pieces. Stir until well blended.Add 2/3 C. chopped pecans.Pour into a well buttered 8x8" pan. Cool in refrigerator until set.

Trish's Kielbasa
1 Kielbasa
1 bottle 10 oz chili sauce
1 1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 small onion
4 whole allspice
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2-1 cup cooking wine
Boil Kielbasa for 15 minutes
In a crockpot or slow cooker add the following items:
chili sauce
ketchup
onion
4 whole allspice
boiling water
brown sugar
Cook on high for 1/2 hour
Add wine
Slice Kielbasa - add to sauce
Cook on low - the longer the better.
Trish's recipe for Karidopita(walnut cake)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup Wesson or Mazola oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
3 teaspoons baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
3/4 cup ground walnuts
Cream sugar and oil together; add eggs continue beating until light and fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients, alternating between four and milk.
Fold in ground walnuts.
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
Banke in preheated 375 oven for 35-40 minutes. Cake is usually very dark. When done, remove from oven.
Cool slightly before adding syrup.
Let stand for 2 hours before cutting diagonally to form diamond shapes.
SYRUP
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
drops of fresh lemon
3/4 cup of honey
simmer sugar and water until it dissolves, add honey and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Watch out because
honey rises and spills so monitor it.
